In this fictional story, a traveller from distant land is welcomed at the end of long journey. As part his integration into new home, he learns about global project Population Redistribution Network. The story draws upon tradition utopian fiction in order to offer glimpse an alternative culture immigration - one which works beyond borders and outside systems detention deportation.
